At Kayukawa Clinic, we provide specialized care for a wide range of mental health conditions and sleep disorders.In addition to symptoms such as insomnia, anxiety, depression, and loss of motivation, we also treat various sleep disorders, including hypersomnia, obstructive sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, REM sleep behavior disorder, and delayed sleep phase disorder.

We offer comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, including electroencephalography (EEG), Multiple Sleep Latency Testing (MSLT), and home-based sleep apnea testing conducted over two consecutive nights. Our experienced clinical technologists perform precise electrophysiological assessments to ensure accurate diagnosis.

As an appointment-based clinic, we strive to provide timely evaluations and early diagnosis whenever possible.

We also offer second-opinion consultations for patients currently receiving psychiatric or sleep-related treatment elsewhere. Through collaboration with other medical institutions, we provide integrated care that addresses both mental and physical health.

Q: What symptoms can be treated at your clinic?

If you are unsure whether your symptoms require medical attention, please feel free to consult us.

Q: How can I make my first appointment?

A：We operate by appointment only, and reservations are made by phone. Please call us and say, “I would like to make an initial appointment.” Our staff will guide you through the process.

Q: Will I definitely be prescribed medication?

A：Not necessarily. Medication is not always required. After evaluating your condition and discussing your preferences, we will decide together on the most appropriate treatment plan.

Q: Do you offer sleep examinations?

A：Yes. We provide specialized sleep-related examinations, including: ・Electroencephalogram (EEG) ・Multiple Sleep Latency Test (MSLT) ・Home sleep apnea testing Experienced technicians conduct these tests to ensure accurate evaluation.

Q: Do you accept second opinions?

A：Yes, we do. We welcome patients who are currently receiving treatment elsewhere. If available, please bring previous test results or a referral letter to facilitate a comprehensive consultation.
