Difficulties with mental health or sleep often leave people wondering, “Is this serious enough to see a doctor?” Even when symptoms persist, many prioritize daily responsibilities and postpone seeking care.
It is perfectly acceptable to consult us even if you are unsure whether your condition qualifies as a clear illness. If you are experiencing insomnia, anxiety, low mood, loss of motivation, difficulty getting up in the morning, or excessive daytime sleepiness that interferes with daily life, please feel free to seek a consultation.

◎ About Public Assistance Programs
If ongoing outpatient treatment is required, you may be eligible to use the Self-Support Medical Care System (a public program that reduces out-of-pocket expenses for outpatient psychiatric treatment).
In addition, depending on your symptoms and clinical course, you may consider applying for a Mental Disability Certificate (an identification booklet that allows access to various public support services) approximately six months after your initial visit.
In either case, decisions are made based on the physician’s assessment, and we will discuss the process carefully with you before proceeding.
Our clinic is a medical institution designated under the Public Assistance Act.
Patients receiving medical assistance under the public assistance system can visit our clinic by presenting their medical certificate.
Please consult with your caseworker before your visit.
For details on medical institutions in Nagoya City that accept public assistance, please see here.
Please note that we do not accept patients under workers’ compensation insurance.
