Since 2020, society has undergone rapid change, profoundly affecting both work styles and human relationships. While the overall number of suicides has shown a declining trend, the issue remains गंभीर among younger generations. Behind this are not only traditional factors such as job insecurity and long working hours, but also pressures unique to the age of social media—namely the need for recognition and the demands of self-presentation.

This article examines, from a psychiatric clinical perspective, the physical and psychological changes brought on by overwork and stress, the warning signs to watch for, and practical steps that can be taken in daily life to help prevent them.
